Why my arm was hurting....?

This is actully the first post on 2008.
Since I made this blog for my computer class, I did not update after the calss was over.

Anyway, this summer 08, I was blueberried out.
Went to picking for 3, or 4 times this year, getting good with this!!

I made pancakes with them. Mostly, I ate them fresh.
But I still have a lot in my fredge so I am planning to be pancaked out and blueberried out at the same time......

sardine pasta

my favorite Japanese flavor pasta! this is the most simple but the tasteful recipe by ms. Satoko who lives in east side providence. all the ingredients are available in any local grocery stores.

▪ 1/2 box of thin spaghetti
▪ 1 can of sardine in oil (better in olive oil)
▪ 1 tbsp of butter
▪ 1/3 cup of chopped green onion
▪ crashed red pepper (optional)
▪ black pepper
▪ soy sauce
▪ sea salt

first, boil spaghetti in al dente. heat up the skillet and suttee the sardine with the oil from the can. break the sardine into small pieces while stirring up. then, add spaghetti into the skillet.
mix well with the sardine and add chopped green onion and butter. then, season it with black pepper, sea salt, dash of soy sauce, and crashed red pepper as you need.
EASY! FAST! and YUMMMMMMMM!!!

ball game cuisine

at McCoy stadium, pawtucket, rhode island. italian sausage is the most popular item on the menu. this sausage was really tasty. i love the flavor of caraway seeds. best at the seats in the stadiam with friends!!

bees' cake

i ordered a cake from the best dessert shop in the state. i made them write in japanese, hehehe~ well, they did great job on that! thank god, i did not do it myself. the bees on the cake was so cute! no one expected to see japanese writing on the cake.

yankee cup cake

i found this at the closest bakery from my house. since i love my yankees, i could not ignore it. for some reason, they only had yankees ones. i guess that because its a italian bakery....

coconut juice

it was only $1.49 at local asian store!!! made a hole and just drunk it from straw. i think that it taste better than one in a can. its just looks cute!

mushroom rice

this is easy cooked mushroom rice. there are shiitake mashroom and shimeji mashroom and carrots and bean curd..... vegetarian, i guess. all the ingredient comes in a package. so just add rice and water. so as this miso soup with spinach, just add water :)
