this is "miso cha-shu- men" at Yamakawa restaurant in Hiratsuka, Japan. i have been eating at this restaurant since i can remember. i have a lots of great memories over there.
Miso cha-shu-men is basically, ramen noodle soup with miso flavor and sliced pork. this is the best 'level B' gourmet -as we call in Japan, not fancy or expensive.-
it is hard to find good ra-men restaurant in East Coast......
